From  01 September 2017 , with deed n.14115 of 27/07/2017, the company  ECO SERVICE SNC  has defined a contract following the signing of the lease of the business unit of the waste collection and disposal activities and of the instrumental plants aimed at that business, the company  ECOLOGY CONTROL SYSTEM  can be labeled  E.CO.S. SRL , VAT number 11698510010, with registered office in Corso Francia 274 – 10093 Collegno (To)

For the above, starting from 01 September 2017, all invoices, orders, services and any other document for services rendered in relation to the business unit, will be issued by the Company E.CO.S srl.

Nulla cambierà per quanto riguarda le sedi operative, il personale di riferimento (tecnico, operativo, amministrativo, commerciale, ecc.), le procedure utilizzate per l’esecuzione dei servizi e quant’altro utile a rispondere alle richieste dei Clienti e dei Fornitori. Resteranno altresì invariati gli attuali rapporti in essere oltre alle condizioni contrattuali ed economiche in corso di validità.
